Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stitchr ("the Service"), operated by Stitchr ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Use Stitchr

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stitchr. By using the Service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. What You Can Do

You may use Stitchr to create, manage, and publish faceless YouTube videos for your own channels. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate content that is hateful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
  • Share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service outside of the official API

4. Content You Create

You own the content you create using Stitchr. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and any applicable laws — including copyright. We are not liable for any third-party claims arising from content you publish.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

Some features — such as video generation and image generation — consume credits. Credits are non-transferable and expire as described in your plan. Unused credits at the end of a billing period are not refunded.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have not generated any videos. After that, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access briefly for maintenance, updates, or security. We will try to give advance notice for scheduled downtime.

8. Third-Party Services

Stitchr integrates with third-party services including YouTube, ElevenLabs, and AWS. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for how those services operate or change.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid that month.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
